Sanko MP4 watch lets you wear your media on your wrist
Filed under: Portable Audio, Portable Video, Wearables
We’ve seen lots of wristwear in our day, ranging from PDA watches to GPS watches, to more recent Bluetooth watches, and the gadget that we always use to get any party going: the drum machine watch. Sadly, though, none of these watches can do what this Sanko MP4 watch can: play your MPEG-4 videos, rock out to MP3 or WMA files and display track info on its 1.5-inch screen (not that there aren’t a bevy of other audio-playing watches). The 1GB version will set you back ¥14,800 ($128) or ¥18,800 ($162) for the 2GB version. We’re not exactly sure how practical it is to plug your headphones into your wristwatch while you’re out for your morning stroll, but hey, we’ve see wackier timewear before.
