Danny Sullivan’s New Conference : Search Engine Expo
By Loren Baker, Editor | December 5, 2006
The irony that during the Search Engine Strategies Show, which is sponsored by Search Engine Watch and hosted by Danny Sullivan, that Mr. Sullivan uses the opportunity to spin off his own new Search Engine Land blog and new conference Search Engine Expo, is amazing.
Although I have not heard Danny officially discuss his new ventures during the sessions here at Search Engine Strategies, one must admit that the timing of the announcements does have the crowd and the late nighters discussing the new Danny built businesses; instead of Incisive’s properties. Brilliant.
Not to say that one will be better than the other, as this is a friendly, open and transparent industry… I’m just happy to now have a reason to fly out to Seattle this summer.
More from Search Engine Land:
Search Marketing Expo — SMX as we’re also calling it — will have its first event in Seattle on June 4 & 5th 2007at the Bell Harbor Conference center. I’m especially aiming the inaugural event toward the intermediate to advanced search marketer.
