    Google published its Annual Report which includes the list of Google’s Subsidiaries, both based in the United States and Internationally.

    Most non-Google companies are acquisitions, such as YouTube, Picasa, dMarc and Nevengineering; while some of the companies are Google spin-offs, such as Orkut. [Hattip to Gary Price]
